You’ll play a key role in optimizing our EVs based on real-world usage, working across manufacturers, service partners, and internal teams to ensure high-performance, rider-friendly, and reliable electric motorcycles hit the road. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, operations, and engineering execution. 📌 Key Responsibilities Design Feedback Loop: Analyze rider and field technician feedback to identify pain points and propose design improvements Manufacturer Coordination: Liaise with overseas OEMs and suppliers for feasibility checks, production adjustments, and part iterations Vehicle Performance Monitoring: Track and document key vehicle performance metrics to inform design optimization Service Alignment: Work closely with Pyse’s service partners to surface recurring issues and translate them into engineering tasks Product Documentation: Maintain clear records of design tweaks, component updates, and issue-resolution trails Support Prototyping: Assist in body/chassis tweaks, suspension tuning, electrical subsystem testing, and design experiments 👤 Ideal Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent) Experience: 2–3 years working with EV OEMs, automotive startups, or vehicle ops teams Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electric drivetrain components and architecture Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) Ability to translate on-ground insights into actionable design inputs Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Languages: Fluency in English required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus 🌟 Bonus Points For Hands-on experience coordinating with Chinese EV manufacturers or component suppliers Understanding of last-mile logistics use cases in UAE or India Background in servicing or maintaining two-wheeler EVs or scooters 🚀 Why Join Pyse?
