🎯 Role Overview

We’re turning heads — and our fleet of electric delivery bikes — into a media network. From branded delivery boxes and rider uniforms to tech-enabled panels and accessories, Pyse is building a new-age OOH asset class that brands can tap into.


We’re looking for a sharp, driven Media Sales Manager

This is a high-impact sales role for someone who thrives on hustle, relationship-building, and closing deals across the marketing value chain.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Sell advertising inventory across Pyse’s fleet — including delivery boxes, helmets, rider gear, and digital OOH surfaces
  • Identify, pitch, and close deals with media agencies, brands, and marketing decision-makers
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and post-sale servicing
  • Build a strong pipeline of recurring advertisers and campaign partnerships
  • Create and deliver compelling sales decks, rate cards, and performance reports
  • Coordinate with fleet operations to ensure campaigns go live on time and as promised
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine pitch material, case studies, and PR stories
  • Track revenues, hit monthly sales targets, and iterate the ad offering based on market feedback


👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in media sales, advertising, OOH, print, or sponsorship sales
  • Demonstrated success in selling ad inventory — whether it’s billboards, newspaper columns, jersey logos, or event signage
  • Knows how to navigate media agencies and brand marketing teams
  • Relentless follow-up attitude with a hunger to close
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excited to work in an early-stage environment and build a media revenue vertical from scratch
  • Experience in mobility, retail media, or sustainability is a bonus
  • Understanding of urban branding and campaign ROI drivers is a plus
