🎯 Role Overview

Growth Marketing Manager – Lead Generation

You’ll work closely with the sales team to track conversions, optimize the funnel, and create marketing strategies that directly drive capital inflow into Pyse’s investment opportunities.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage lead generation campaigns targeting HNIs, UHNIs, and wealth advisors across the UAE and India
  • Plan and execute both digital and offline campaigns — including paid ads, webinars, investor events, and co-branded activations
  • Partner with ecosystem players (private banks, wealth managers, investor clubs, etc.) to run joint demand-gen campaigns
  • Track performance across campaigns and channels, and optimize for CPL, conversion rate, and deal size
  • Work closely with the sales and investor relations teams to qualify leads and ensure proper handoff and follow-through
  • Support creation of landing pages, email flows, and conversion content that guides HNIs toward engaging with Pyse
  • Help refine investor personas and identify new lead sources across different wealth segments
  • Own the full top-of-funnel strategy, from outreach planning to lead nurturing


👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or field marketing
  • Must be experienced in financial services, alternative investments, or high-ticket B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of running campaigns that drive qualified B2B or HNI leads
  • Comfortable planning both digital campaigns and physical activations like events, networking dinners, and roundtables
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms
  • Understands the nuances of HNI/wealth communication and how to tailor messaging for affluent audiences
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to measure and improve funnel metrics
  • Self-starter who can work cross-functionally with sales, ops, and design teams
