Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across startups, enterprise clients, and agencies
• Engage with marketing heads, brand teams, and content leads to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop pitches and proposals
• Manage inbound/outbound sales pipelines and close deals
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
• Work with leadership on growth strategy and client success

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in sales, BD, or partnerships in creative/marketing/production environments
• Proven track record of selling creative or production services
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of agency operations and media ecosystem
• Passion for creativity, content, and cultural trends
