Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, manage service staff, coordinate with clients for service requirements, and ensure timely resolution of service issues. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting routine maintenance, repairing industrial sewing machines, managing inventory for service parts, and providing technical support and training to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial sewing machines and accessories
• Experience in managing service operations and staff
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage inventory for service parts and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
• Willingness to work on-site in Greater Kolkata Area
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is mandatory
• Experience in the garment and textile industry is a plus
