Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Mahindra dealership team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in automobile sales, with a strong passion for vehicles and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Mahindra Bolero to walk-in and prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable variants and financing options
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
• Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales (Mahindra experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude
• Valid driving license and own bike is a must

Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
