Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments. The role involves maintaining service standards, developing team members, and implementing strategies for service improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in Service Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Relations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Understanding of the banking and finance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience with CRM software and service management tools is beneficial
