Job Description

  • Guide packaging and master data team to ensure data assignment to the correct packaging level and ensure accuracy of the data.
  • Guide team to troubleshoot any failed EPCIS events /messages and identify the root cause.
  • Work with Serialization team, IT team and the Packaging team to resolve the issue per the defined SLA
  • Coordinate with site logistics and 3PL teams regarding any order shipment EPCIS data transmission-related issues.
  • Need to coordinate with teams from different time zones and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Need to work with QA and Logistics on any EMVO / NMVO reporting out activity and ensuring all shipment data is reported successfully before outbound shipments happen.
  • Coordinate with the RA team and relevant stakeholders for all the new master data generation for serialization
  • Prepare regular reports and maintain key metrics regarding serialization and the EPCIS system.
  • Prepare training plan, processes and guide site users regarding the day-to-day system-related activity.
  • Be the point of contact for users, SCM, Commercial, QA, Logistics and Packaging for system-related issues
  • Should be flexible working on different time zone as PCC business is spread across geography
  • Should have good communication, have experience managing global stakeholders
  • Should have knowledge on upcoming serialization regulations
  • Should be capable of designing and develop the serialization solution and implementing on ATTP, ICH systems as per the newly introduced serialization regulations
  • Should be able to identify the process improvement area in existing processes and in system design, and should be able to collaborate with the team to drive and implement the changes in the SAP ATTP system

Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's in Engineering / Graduate/ Postgraduate/Master’s in Business Administration with relevant experience in serialization technology and business operations.

Experience

  • Overall 12+ years of experience with a minimum 3-4 years’ experience on SAP ATTP or other serialisation systems.
  • Must have 01 green field end-to-end ATTP Implementation, 02-03 Upgrade projects and good experience managing day-to-day operations support on serialisation processes
  • Should have at least 5-7 years’ experience in core SAP Technologies E.g. S4/HANA SAP SD/MM/WM/EWM Modules
  • Should have strong knowledge on GS1 standards e.g., GTIN, NTIN, GLN, SGTIN
  • Should have a strong understanding of XML file-based data exchange and sound analytical skills on xml
