Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your warehouse management and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations and production line feeding, contributing to the efficiency and success of our supply chain. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Logistics Management, Material Planners, Quality, and Finance), oversee material receiving and kitting processes, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of inventory accuracy and timely material availability for production, but also lead and coach your team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.We’ll look to you for:
- Collaborating with internal departments to achieve overall company objectives
- Monitoring missing parts and tracking ETA from material planners
- Representing the warehouse during internal and external audits, ensuring zero NCR
- Maintaining stock accuracy through timely SAP transactions for both receipt and issue of materials
- Overseeing day-to-day production activities to ensure materials are available in advance
- Driving NCR management, including replenishment, return to vendor, and scrap processes
- Providing regular reports on warehouse activity metrics and performance
- Promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Conducting training sessions for teams on warehouse processes and lean methodologies
- Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
All About You

- Degree in Engineering or a related field from a reputed institution
- 4 to 5 years of experience in warehouse and line feeding activities
- Working knowledge in an ERP environment (SAP desirable), including MM, WM, and PP modules
- Experience in inventory management, material receiving, kitting, and line feeding activities
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick reactivity to critical issues
- Proficiency in team management and fostering collaboration
- Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement practices
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Agility and process-oriented mindset
