Profile Overview: 

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with 6+ years of experience in driving digital performance, particularly within the IT and ground transportation domains. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SEO, social media marketing, branding, and paid digital campaigns, with the ability to scale visibility and generate high-quality leads across B2B and B2C segments. 

This role requires deep expertise in positioning software products and premium mobility services such as corporate shuttle systems, and luxury limousine solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations. 
• Conduct keyword research, site audits, competitor benchmarking, and content analysis. 
• Improve search engine visibility through structured metadata, optimized internal linking, schema implementation, and page speed enhancements. 
• Lead backlink acquisition strategies to improve domain authority and rankings. 

Social Media Marketing 

• Design and manage platform-specific strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube. 
• Build content calendars, campaigns, and engagement plans tailored to corporate buyers and premium service audiences. 
• Leverage both organic and paid methods to boost reach, engagement, and conversions. 

Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns 

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns using Google Ads, Display Ads, and retargeting networks. 
• Monitor key performance indicators via GA4, Tag Manager, and Hotjar to assess and improve campaign performance. 
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation efficiency. 

Branding & Positioning 

• Develop a consistent, professional brand voice across digital channels and assets. 
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials for both software products and transportation services. 
• Strengthen brand presence in international markets with premium positioning. 

Transportation SaaS-Focused Campaigns 

• Build and execute targeted digital campaigns for: 
• Luxury limousine service providers targeting VIP/corporate clients. 
• Corporate shuttle booking platforms with advanced software features. 
• End-to-end ground transportation SaaS products with focus on safety, scheduling, analytics, and automation. 

Core Skills & Competencies: 

• Proficiency with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4. 
• Strong digital content and copywriting skills for both B2B and high-end audiences. 
• Experience in running paid media campaigns across Google and social platforms. 
• Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation tactics, and CRO (conversion rate optimization). 
• Familiarity with WordPress/Webflow CMS, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and automation platforms. 

Skillset Required:

• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategy. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience marketing SaaS-based software products. 
• Experience working in or marketing for industries such as IT, transportation software, or luxury vehicle services. 
• Demonstrated ability to run successful digital campaigns for corporate clients or enterprise solutions. 
• Exposure to international markets, is highly preferred.
