SEO & Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


SEO Strategy & Implementation

·      Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic growth.

·      Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner to identify opportunities for content optimization.

·      Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup for search performance.

·      Monitor site health (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, etc.) using tools like Google Search Console.

·      Collaborate with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.


Content Strategy & Creation

·      Plan and create SEO-friendly content calendars aligned with business objectives and audience needs.

·      Write, edit, and optimize web copy, blogs, landing pages, and social media content for SEO and engagement.

·      Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.

·      Research trending topics and competitors to identify new content opportunities.

·      Work closely with designers and marketing teams to develop high-quality, multimedia-rich content.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze website and content performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Generate reports on keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversion rates.
  • Use insights to recommend improvements to content and SEO strategies.


Collaboration & Optimization

·      Partner with digital marketing, paid media, and product teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.

·      Stay updated with the latest SEO and content marketing trends, algorithm updates, and tools.

·      Continuously test and improve SEO and content tactics for better reach and engagement.


Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, and technical).

Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Experience with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).

Knowledge of HTML/CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Time management and multitasking abilities.
