Role Description The SEO & Content Specialist will be responsible for driving the company’s online visibility and organic growth through effective SEO and content strategies. The role combines content creation and technical SEO , ensuring all content aligns with brand goals, audience intent, and search engine best practices. Key responsibilities include keyword research, SEO audits, link building, web analytics , and on-page optimization . We are looking for a candidate preferably with exposure to US, India, UK and Singapore, who can drive organic growth, improve keyword rankings, and optimize content for international visibility . Experience : 2-5+ yrs This position offers a mix of in-office and remote work , providing flexibility in work arrangements. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Implementation · Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic growth. · Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner to identify opportunities for content optimization. · Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup for search performance. · Monitor site health (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, etc.) using tools like Google Search Console. · Collaborate with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented. Content Strategy & Creation · Plan and create SEO-friendly content calendars aligned with business objectives and audience needs. · Write, edit, and optimize web copy, blogs, landing pages, and social media content for SEO and engagement. · Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines. · Research trending topics and competitors to identify new content opportunities. · Work closely with designers and marketing teams to develop high-quality, multimedia-rich content. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor and analyze website and content performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools. Generate reports on keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversion rates. Use insights to recommend improvements to content and SEO strategies. Collaboration & Optimization · Partner with digital marketing, paid media, and product teams to ensure alignment across campaigns. · Stay updated with the latest SEO and content marketing trends, algorithm updates, and tools. · Continuously test and improve SEO and content tactics for better reach and engagement. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, and technical). Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Experience with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog). Knowledge of HTML/CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage. About the Role We are looking for a skilled Performance & Communication Marketing Specialist-Japan with 3–4 years of experience in Japan’s digital marketing ecosystem . The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to Japanese advertising platforms, understands local consumer behaviour, and can manage end-to-end performance campaigns along with communication-driven marketing for the Japan market. This role is based in Gurgaon, India but requires strong Japanese proficiency and experience working on Japan-focused campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing campaigns across Yahoo! Japan, LINE Ads, Google/YouTube Japan, Meta Japan, X Japan . • Bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ROI-driven optimization. • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis for the Japan region. • Localize communication, creatives, and brand messaging to fit Japanese cultural nuances. • Coordinate with Japan-based teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards and advertising platforms. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities. • Support PR, social media, influencer collaborations, and brand communication initiatives for Japan. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–4 years of proven experience in performance and communication marketing for Japan . • Hands-on experience with Japanese ad platforms (Yahoo! Japan Ads, LINE, X Japan Ads, Google/Meta Japan). • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred) and strong English communication skills. • Strong understanding of Japan’s digital consumer behaviour and marketing trends. • Ability to analyse data, optimize campaigns, and present actionable insights. • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across India–Japan teams. • Familiarity with content localization, creative briefing, and communication strategy. • Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and social media in Japan is a plus.
