About the Role

3–4 years of experience in Japan’s digital marketing ecosystem


Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing campaigns across Yahoo! Japan, LINE Ads, Google/YouTube Japan, Meta Japan, X Japan

• Bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ROI-driven optimization.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis for the Japan region.

• Localize communication, creatives, and brand messaging to fit Japanese cultural nuances.

• Coordinate with Japan-based teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards and advertising platforms.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.

  • • Support PR, social media, influencer collaborations, and brand communication initiatives for Japan.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Japanese ad platforms

Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred)

• Strong understanding of Japan’s digital consumer behaviour and marketing trends.

• Ability to analyse data, optimize campaigns, and present actionable insights.

• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across India–Japan teams.

• Familiarity with content localization, creative briefing, and communication strategy.

• Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and social media in Japan is a plus.
