Job Description

About the Role : We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join our design team and lead user experience and interface design across our web presence and marketing assets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams – product, marketing, and engineering – to create seamless, user-centric web experiences that reflect our brand, drive engagement, and convert visitors into users or customers. Key Responsibilities : Design and optimize responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop conversion-focused user journeys. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Ensure UX consistency across all digital touchpoints including email, social, and paid media creatives. Work with developers to hand off designs and provide implementation support. Analyze website performance (heatmaps, GA, A/B tests) to identify UX improvements. Maintain and evolve our design system and visual guidelines for web and marketing. Requirements : 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on websites and marketing design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow (nice to have), or similar tools. Experience designing for responsive web, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility. Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects with UX thinking and business results. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency. Bonus Points For : Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or startup environments. Show more Show less
