UX/UI Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI efforts across multiple projects or platforms
• Define design strategy aligned with business goals and user needs
• Guide and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, ensuring quality and consistency
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, design reviews, and usability sessions
• Oversee creation and maintenance of scalable design systems
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and product to align vision and execution
• Advocate for user-centric design decisions with data and user research insights
• Promote best practices in accessibility, inclusive design, and emerging tech
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows for rapid ideation, prototyping, or testing (e.g., Figma AI, Relume, ChatGPT, Genius UI)

Requirements

• 7–10 years of UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI work across industries
• Mastery in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, or other collaborative platforms
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for design assistance, concept generation, or automation
• Strong understanding of user research, design thinking, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with developers and understanding tech constraints
