About Novatro

Novatro is an innovative software company developing an AI-powered Intelligent Manufacturing Platform for medium-large manufacturing companies. Based in Rajkot, India, we're revolutionizing manufacturing operations through cutting-edge technology solutions.

About the Role

We seek an experienced Senior UX Designer with B2B enterprise expertise to create intuitive user experiences across our manufacturing ERP platform (desktop and mobile). You'll transform complex manufacturing workflows into elegant interfaces that drive adoption and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

Lead design for ERP modules: production planning, inventory, quality control, supply chain
Develop scalable design systems across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
Define UX strategy for AI-powered features and automation workflows

System Design

Create data-rich desktop interfaces for managers and executives
Design mobile experiences for shop floor workers and quality inspectors
Develop manufacturing KPI dashboards and analytics visualizations
Build offline-capable apps for limited-connectivity environments

Research & Collaboration

Conduct field research in manufacturing facilities
Run usability testing across user personas and devices
Partner with engineering and AI teams on technical feasibility
Support sales with product demonstrations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

7+ years UX experience, 4+ years in B2B/enterprise software
Proven ERP or manufacturing systems design experience
Portfolio demonstrating complex desktop and mobile enterprise apps
Proficiency in Figma/Sketch and data visualization
Understanding of manufacturing workflows
Excellent English communication

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing execution systems (MES) experience
Industry 4.0 and IoT interface knowledge
AI/ML-powered interface design
Indian manufacturing sector experience
