Senior User Experience Designer- B2B ERP Systems

The Senior UX Designer position at Novatro involves creating intuitive user experiences for the company's AI-powered Intelligent Manufacturing Platform. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for transforming complex manufacturing workflows into elegant interfaces that enhance user adoption and create business value. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design for ERP modules such as production planning, inventory, quality control, and supply chain. You will also be tasked with developing scalable design systems for web, desktop, and mobile platforms, as well as defining the UX strategy for AI-powered features and automation workflows. In terms of system design, you will be expected to create data-rich desktop interfaces for managers and executives, design mobile experiences for shop floor workers and quality inspectors, develop manufacturing KPI dashboards and analytics visualizations, and build offline-capable apps for limited-connectivity environments. Research and collaboration are essential aspects of this role, as you will need to conduct field research in manufacturing facilities, run usability testing across various user personas and devices, collaborate with engineering and AI teams on technical feasibility, and support sales efforts through product demonstrations. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 7 years of UX experience, with a minimum of 4 years in B2B/enterprise software. Experience in ERP or manufacturing systems design is crucial, along with a portfolio showcasing complex desktop and mobile enterprise apps. Proficiency in tools like Figma/Sketch and expertise in data visualization are also required, as well as a solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and excellent English communication skills. Preferred qualifications for the role include experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IoT interfaces, expertise in AI/ML-powered interface design, familiarity with the Indian manufacturing sector, and personal attributes such as being a User Advocate, Systems Thinker, Detail-Oriented, Collaborative, Adaptable, and Impact-Driven.
