Role Overview

We are in search of a design leader with deep UI/UX expertise to craft engaging and seamless user experiences across our digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that solve real-world problems. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of our applications while ensuring alignment with our business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end design process across multiple product lines, from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders — to define user requirements and translate them into thoughtful, scalable design solutions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual mockups, and user flows that clearly communicate design intent.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and continuously improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain a robust design system and style guide to ensure visual consistency and design integrity across all touchpoints.
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility in all design outputs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization and contribute to a design-led culture.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within B2B SaaS, logistics, or enterprise software domains.
• Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of delivering well-crafted, user-focused digital products.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and usability standards.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and working with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in agile environments with iterative design and rapid prototyping.
