Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end UI/UX design

  for web and mobile SaaS products
• Translate product requirements into

  user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI

• Create and maintain

  design systems, component libraries, and style guides

• Collaborate closely with

  Product, Engineering, QA, and Leadership

• Conduct

  user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations

• Ensure designs are

  responsive, accessible (WCAG), and performance-friendly

• Review and guide junior designers; provide design feedback and mentorship
• Work in fast-paced, iterative environments (Agile/Scrum)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 58+ years of experience in

  UI/UX design for SaaS / complex platforms

• Strong expertise in

  Figma

  (Auto-layout, Components, Variants)
• Solid understanding of

  UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture

• Experience designing

  dashboards, workflows, forms, and data-heavy interfaces

• Knowledge of

  responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices

• Ability to clearly explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders
• Experience working with

  developers and understanding frontend constraints

Good to Have

• Experience with

  B2B, LegalTech, HealthTech, or AI products

• Familiarity with

  design tokens, atomic design, or system-driven design

• Basic understanding of

  HTML/CSS / frontend frameworks

• Experience with

  user analytics & A/B testing
