Frontend Developer – Next.js & Tailwind CSS

This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in Next.js and Tailwind CSS , has a sharp eye for design fidelity, and is passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain frontend applications with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces . Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver features end-to-end. Optimize applications for cross-browser compatibility and accessibility. Architect reusable UI components and ensure consistent branding/design systems. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with attention to detail. Break down complex requirements into manageable, actionable tasks. Take initiative in identifying and resolving UI/UX challenges early. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience . Strong expertise in Next.js and Tailwind CSS . Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript . Proven track record of delivering pixel-perfect UI from Figma or similar design tools. Strong eye for design details, usability, and user experience. Familiarity with Git and modern frontend workflows. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.
