Senior Tender Executive(Govt & CSR)

Role & responsibilities

Tender Identification

• Monitor tender databases, government websites, (GEM Portal, MAHA TENDER, E- PROCUREMENT)and other sources to identify relevant opportunities.
• Evaluate tender documents to determine the suitability of the opportunity for the organization.

Proposal Preparation

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, legal, and finance departments, to gather information for the proposal.
• Prepare and draft tender responses, ensuring they meet all the requirements and adhere to the guidelines set in the tender documents.
• Write persuasive and compelling content that showcases the organization's strengths and capabilities.
• Include Marathi letter drafting if required to communicate effectively with Marathi-speaking entities.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Maintain an organized document repository for reference and future audits.
• Ensure that all proposal documents are complete, accurate, and comply with the tender requirements.

Deadline Management:

• Create a timeline for the tender submission process and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Submit proposals within specified timeframes. • Administrative employee provide support to other employees, such as preparing documents, creating presentations, and assisting with various projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client requirements. Use this information to enhance the quality of proposals and competitive positioning.

Negotiation and Clarifications

• Engage in negotiations and discussions with clients or procurement officers
• Seek clarifications and address queries related to the tender.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Proven experience in Govt. tender management, proposal writing & documentation.

2.Proficiency in Marathi language if required for the specific job location

3 Knowledge of procurement and bidding processes

4 Exp. to fill govt. tender
