Join us to scale high-performing product teams and shape the next generation of product innovation. š§ What You'll Do Own end-to-end hiring for engineering rolesāBackend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, and Cloud. You would also be involved in non-tech hiring on a case to case basis. Partner directly with engineering and product leadership to define needs, craft scorecards, and deliver top talent and maintain the Hiring KPIs and SLAs Build and run creative sourcing campaigns āLinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referralsāyou name it. Drive a world-class candidate experience from first touch to offer and lead comp. Negotiations and closures Maintain a healthy pipeline using ATS tools and share weekly reports and build Partner and Vendor Ecosystem Actively build long-term talent pipelines and help define our employer brand in the tech space. Bring data to the tableāwhatās working, whatās not, and where we go next. ā What Weāre Looking For 7ā10 years of experience in technical recruitment , including at least 5 years hiring for VC-backed startups or venture portfolio companies or scaling high-growth technology first startups Mainly hiring for Full-Stack, MERN, AI native development Proven success hiring across engineering domains āyou speak tech fluently and understand tech Must have good LinkedIn or social presence Strong sourcing skills and a hunter mindset āyou donāt wait for great talent to apply. This role reports directly to CPO Comfort operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments . Should be go-getter, and requires minimum to no micro-management A true partner to hiring managers , not just a requisition processor. Must have good linkedin or social presence Experience using modern ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, etc.). š Bonus Points For Exposure to global hiring (US, India, Europe).
