What We're Looking For
This is not a typical VA role. We need a strategic thinker who can take ownership, think independently, and drive results across multiple marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Marketing & Testimonial Management (Primary Focus):
-Organize and structure our 20+ existing customer testimonials into a centralized, strategic resource
-Create systems to maximize value from customer success stories
-Develop processes for ongoing testimonial collection and organization
-Build customer marketing campaigns that drive retention and referrals
2. Partnership Support & Coordination
-Oversee delegated partnership tasks provided by Head of Marketing
-Create collateral and resources that add value to our existing partners
-Support partnership pipeline management and follow-up processes
3. Sales & Professional Services Support
-Develop sales collateral and materials for the sales team
-Create professional services materials and resources
-Support demo preparation and sales process optimization
4. Strategic Project Management
-Manage and delegate tasks to contractors (video editors, graphic designers, etc.)
-Vet and hire specialists for projects outside your expertise
-Maintain organized systems and processes across all marketing activities
Required Qualifications:
Must-Have
-Strategic thinking ability - We need someone who doesn't just execute but thinks through problems and opportunities
-Excellent communication skills - You'll be the organized communicator on our team
-Experience vetting and managing contractors - You'll be delegating specialized work
-Data-driven mindset - You make decisions based on metrics and results
Strongly Preferred
-Real estate industry knowledge - Understanding of real estate investing, syndications, or commercial real estate
-HubSpot experience - We use HubSpot extensively for our marketing operations
-Social media marketing and SEO knowledge - High-level understanding of how to leverage the platform to drive leads
Technical Requirements
-Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Drive, and Slack
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Strong project management and organizational skills
