We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of Over-the-Air (OTA) product capabilities across our software subscription portfolio. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital product delivery, enabling seamless updates, feature rollouts, and data-driven enhancements for connected software-enabled products.
You will work closely with product managers, architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define and execute the OTA strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and customer value.

Conceptualize and build entitlement management-based products which will help faster activation of GEHC Subscription based products for customers.

Strong understanding of W2W Subscription process like ITO, OTR and Subscription lifecycle management solutions and customer success to build unified view of subscription entitlements for a customer.

Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge and helps organization to gain the competitive edge in building and utilizing IOT and Over the Air update solutions

Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.

Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products for Entitlement management solutions.

Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product.

Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.

Demonstrates expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management, or IT/Digital operations
