Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. - Experience: 5-7 years in product management within IT/technology-driven companies. - Proven expertise in logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical decision-making. - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes. - Strong background in startup or consulting environments, delivering scalable tech solutions. - Demonstrated people management and mentorship experience. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
