Job Description

Responsible for building integrations to pull data into ServiceNow, including configuring APIs, middle layers, staging tables, and data transformation logic. Integration Developers specialize in connecting ServiceNow with external systems. Data Engineers handle data pipelines and transformations.
Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and ETL tools to consume data from external sources into ServiceNow.
Develop and configure staging tables, middle-layer services, and data transformation workflows to ensure data quality, integrity, and usability within ServiceNow.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.
Build and optimize data ingestion jobs and transformation scripts to feed accurate and timely data into ServiceNow reporting and dashboard modules.
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for integration workflows to ensure reliability and maintainability.
Support the configuration and customization of ServiceNow Workspaces, reports, and dashboards by providing clean and well-structured data.7+ years of hands-on experience in h.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
