Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities : Production Department : Assist in daily production planning and execution. Monitor and control machine operations on the shop floor. Support in optimizing production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with maintenance and other support teams for smooth operations. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation. Quality Department : Perform in-process and final inspection of products as per defined standards. Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities. Maintain inspection and testing records in compliance with ISO/quality standards. Coordinate with production teams to ensure product quality at every stage. Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment. Familiarity with quality tools like 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC tools is a plus. Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge etc.). Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
