We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineers with 0 to 2 years of experience (or freshers) to join our Production and Quality teams. The role involves understanding manufacturing processes, supporting production activities, and ensuring product quality standards are met through inspections and process improvements. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities : Production Department : Assist in daily production planning and execution. Monitor and control machine operations on the shop floor. Support in optimizing production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with maintenance and other support teams for smooth operations. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation. Quality Department : Perform in-process and final inspection of products as per defined standards. Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities. Maintain inspection and testing records in compliance with ISO/quality standards. Coordinate with production teams to ensure product quality at every stage. Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment. Familiarity with quality tools like 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC tools is a plus. Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge etc.). Good communication skills and a proactive approach. Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor.
