Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring needs and job descriptions.
• Source candidates from job portals, social media, and databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist profiles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers (Excel/CRM).
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining.
• Support bulk hiring activities and walk-in drives when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles and maintain professional communication.

Candidate Requirements

• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.).
• Willingness to learn, be proactive, and meet recruitment deadlines.
