Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent within the renewable energy sector. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives and supporting the organization's growth in renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to renewable energy roles to meet organizational hiring goals. - Source candidates through industry-specific channels such as online platforms, industry events, university partnerships, and professional networks. - Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical skills to identify suitable candidates for technical, managerial, and support positions in renewable energy. - Promote the organization's employer brand within the renewable energy industry to attract high-caliber candidates. - Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and clear communication. - Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and HR colleagues to understand staffing needs. - Conduct market research to stay updated on talent trends, skills demand, and competitive compensation packages within the renewable energy sector. - Maintain compliance with all legal and organizational recruitment policies, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. - Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives by attracting candidates from diverse backgrounds. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization and renewable energy projects.
