Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's needs. Job Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies. • Source potential candidates through online channels and offline methods.

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.

• Facilitate the interview process, including conducting interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers.

• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Extend job offers to shortlisted candidates and negotiate terms of employment as needed.

• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. • Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve recruitment strategies.


Key Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully recruiting for various positions.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, Boolean searches, and networking.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome recruitment challenges.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
