Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive

  end-to-end recruitment

  for both lateral and volume hiring across departments and functions.
• Build and execute

  talent acquisition strategies

  aligned with current and future business needs.
• Collaborate closely with business heads to

  understand hiring needs and workforce plans

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of

  Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiters

  , ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
• Own and optimize sourcing strategies across

  job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting

  .
• Drive

  diversity hiring, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives

  .
• Provide

  insights from recruitment data

  , pipeline health, and market intelligence to aid better decision-making.
• Champion

  candidate experience

  , reducing time-to-hire and improving quality-of-hire metrics.
• Partner with leadership on

  workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic hiring projects

  .

Requirements:

• Minimum

  10+ years

  of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated fast-track growth
• Prior experience in

  leading a TA team and hiring at scale

  in a startup or high-growth organization..
• Deep understanding of

  market trends, compensation benchmarking, and sourcing analytics.

  .
• Passionate about building teams, solving hiring bottlenecks, and contributing to organizational success.

Skills:

Must-Have

• Proven experience in both lateral and bulk/mass hiring

  across IT and Non-IT domains.

• Strong communication, comprehension, and analytical skills

  able to understand nuanced requirements and evaluate talent effectively.

• Team leadership experience

  managing TA Managers or equivalent senior recruiters

• Prior experience in a

  fast-growing startup

  with exposure to dynamic and high-pressure hiring environments.
• Expertise in

  sourcing strategies and tools

  – including job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, employee referrals, and talent communities.
• Strong skills in

  stakeholder management

  , especially with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Proven track record in

  candidate experience management

  and reducing time-to-hire.
• Ability to work with

  data-driven recruitment dashboards

  and hiring metrics.
