About Role:

Talent Acquisition Consultant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen résumés, evaluate candidate qualifications, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with functional leaders and ensure timely feedback.
  • Manage candidate communication and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Lead salary discussions, offer negotiations, and final onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment standards.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in

    end-to-end recruitment

    , ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools will be an added advantage.
