Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Role Overview: As an individual contributor at RightMatch HR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and high-quality delivery of executive search mandates. This revenue-focused position requires a recruitment professional with a strong understanding of leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end search delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Execute senior-level mandates end-to-end, from briefing to candidate onboarding. - Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities with key decision-makers such as CXOs and HR Heads. - Independently generate revenue by successfully closing senior-level search mandates. - Act as a strategic advisor to clients on hiring plans, talent strategy, and market insights. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging leadership talent, and competitive activity. - Analyze leadership movement data, compensation trends, and talent availability across sectors to support client advisory and search planning. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive Search of Senior Roles only.
