Position Overview: Senior Human Resources Specialist As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will be a strategic partner in scaling Spixar’s human capital. You will lead end-to-end recruitment operations, optimize talent acquisition strategies, manage high-volume hiring, and implement people-centric processes that support organizational growth across diverse business functions. This role is ideal for seasoned HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and aspire to take on leadership roles in the near future. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Strategic Workforce Planning: • Partner with founders and department heads to forecast manpower needs. • Design scalable recruitment frameworks aligned with business objectives. 2. Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Building: • Spearhead sourcing campaigns across job boards, LinkedIn, and offline networks. • Develop talent pools for key positions, focusing on volume hiring for field roles. 3. Selection & Assessment Leadership: • Conduct detailed screenings and design structured interview processes. • Oversee candidate evaluations in collaboration with functional teams. 4. Offer Management & Documentation: • Manage compensation negotiations, offer roll-outs, and pre-joining compliance. • Ensure thorough documentation and system tracking for each candidate. 5. Digital Onboarding & Integration: • Lead virtual onboarding programs for both field and corporate hires. • Ensure cultural alignment and early-stage engagement for new joiners. 6. Compliance & Background Verification: • Ensure legal and policy compliance across recruitment and documentation. • Handle third-party background checks and employment verification. 7. HR Analytics & Reporting: • Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio. • Prepare executive dashboards and data-driven insights for leadership reviews. 8. Regional Field Hiring Oversight: • Drive recruitment for Assistant Managers and Field Sales Executives pan-India. • Collaborate with regional leads to fulfill aggressive hiring targets. 9. Employer Branding & Outreach: • Lead initiatives that position Spixar as an employer of choice. • Design content and campaigns for job fairs, LinkedIn, and career pages. Candidate Profile:- Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. Strong command of recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and HR software. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable leading remote teams. Deep knowledge of Indian HR compliance and ethical hiring practices. Candidate Requirements:- • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. • 3 to 12 years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resource consulting roles. • Proven expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and digital hiring tools. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices. • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects independently while working in a remote environment. • A proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative approach to solving challenges and meeting targets.
