• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure scalable, reusable, and efficient test coverage for web and mobile applications
• You will be the voice of the customer, along with the product team
• You will be using GenAI based best of the breed test automation platforms, such as Test Sigma, Others
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (developers, product managers, designers) to define test strategies for delivering high test coverage and functional quality confidence
• Implement automated functional, regression, performance, and integration tests to validate features and overall system quality.
• Perform (Lead) manual and exploratory testing to cover edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Continuously improve test coverage and automation effectiveness by identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and integrating modern testing tools and practices.
• Integrate into the DevOps CI/CD pipelines and SDLC.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and analyze test results to provide feedback and ensure delivery of high-quality, defect-free software.
• Stay current with emerging trends and tools in test automation and software quality engineering, bringing in best practices to the team.
• Champion quality across the engineering team by advocating for robust testing practices and fostering a culture of test-first development.

• Around 5-10 years of experience working as a Senior Software Test Engineer - both full cycle, rich experience in test automation development & software testing execution and its life-cycle.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Katalon Studio, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) with proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven test automation platforms (e.g., TestSigma, Katalon Studio, Mabl, Functionize) is a definite plus.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar) for building automation scripts and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices, with a track record of ensuring high-quality releases.
• Practical experience with CI/CD and DevOps integration (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS DevOps, or similar) to embed testing into the development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of defect management tools (Jira, Aha, or similar) for logging, tracking, and reporting issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor test execution results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with performance, load, and integration testing tools (JMeter, Others) is a plus, as well.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with developers, product managers, and designers to align test strategies with product goals.
• Continuous learner mindset, keeping up to date with industry trends, GenAI advances, and emerging testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to champion a culture of quality, mentoring team members and promoting test-first and automation-first approaches.
