What You Will Be Doing

• Feature Development: Architecting and delivering new capabilities with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and sustained product value.
• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with product stakeholders to clarify requirements and guiding technical conversations to ensure features align with overarching product objectives.
• Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing product reliability, optimizing performance, and proactively detecting and addressing potential issues.
• Technical Design: Executing high-stakes technical decisions that directly influence user satisfaction and product growth.

Basic Requirements

Senior Software Engineer key responsibilities

• At least 1 year of full-stack development experience, working on front and backend features.
• At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions.
• At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.
• Experience in using generative AI in your day-to-day development work.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
