Basic Requirements

Senior Software Engineer key responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year of comprehensive full-stack expertise, demonstrating mastery across frontend interfaces and backend architectures.
• At least 2 years as the lead technical decision-maker for a SaaS platform, with proven experience driving strategic technical initiatives.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience building and scaling real-world SaaS solutions, excluding outsourcing or internal IT maintenance roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency integrating generative AI tools and technologies into daily development workflows and product features.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
