Senior Software Developer

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Team Lead with deep, hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and modern full-stack application development.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage developers, architect scalable systems, and independently deliver end-to-end solutions.

This is a senior, high-impact, leadership-driven position for someone who can take complete ownership of technology, delivery, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance full-stack applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Lead architecture discussions and design scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures.
• Build responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, NestJS.
• Work extensively with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Implement ORM solutions using Prisma, ensuring clean, maintainable database interactions.
• Ensure high-quality code via code reviews, performance audits, refactoring, and linting practices.
• Optimize applications for scalability, speed, and reliability across frontend and backend.
• Implement authentication & authorization frameworks (JWT, OAuth, RBAC, etc.).
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, and external tools as required.
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug complex problems, and provide long-term fixes.
• Maintain high standards for application security and implement best practices (OWASP).

Leadership & Project Management Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and manage a team of developers (front-end, backend, full-stack).
• Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, task distribution, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Manage and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Ensure all projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Guide junior developers, review their work, and help them grow technically.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, architecture strategy, and project planning.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment automation.

Quality, Documentation & Performance Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, best practices, and coding standards.
• Conduct load testing, performance tuning, and application monitoring using analytics tools.
• Ensure 99.9% uptime and stable functioning of applications in production.
• Maintain strong version control discipline using Git and collaborative development tools.
• Continuously improve development processes for efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, tools, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Provide technical guidance during client meetings, requirement analysis, and solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Must have successfully delivered 20+ end-to-end projects.
• Deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Strong backend expertise with Node.js, Express.js, NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM.
• Strong experience in REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices Architecture.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design.
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to join immediately and work full-time on-site at Andheri – Sakinaka.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Redis, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with serverless architectures and cloud deployments.
• Experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹573,259.70 - ₹894,995.55 per year
