Telemarketing Executive

Aimbeat.com is a fast-growing IT company specializing in B2B software products and ERP solutions for industries like retail, manufacturing, transport, and more. We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident Telemarketing Executives to join our Mumbai-based sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients to explain and sell software products (CRM, ERP, Custom Applications, etc.)
• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate database of client contacts and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

• Education: HSC or Graduate in any stream
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)
• Gender: Female candidates preferred
• Location: Must be based in Mumbai or nearby
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
• Comfortable using computers and basic software tools (MS Office, email, CRM)
