Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur, for a Telemarketing Executive. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, fostering relationships with customers, and promoting ICEI Global’s offerings. The Telemarketing Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide support, pitch services, and meet sales targets effectively while delivering excellent customer service in line with the organization’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify prospects and close deals effectively
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs and inquiries efficiently
• Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written, to convey messages effectively and build relationships
• Ability to meet targets, work in a dynamic environment, and adapt to the needs of a fast-paced organization
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills is an advantage
