Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Jaipur. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive organizational growth. Responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing brand strategies, analyzing market trends, collaborating across departments, and generating innovative ideas to amplify the organization's brand visibility and positioning. The Marketing Manager will also lead efforts in digital and content marketing to effectively engage stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Marketing, Brand Management, and Digital Marketing strategies
• Strong skills in Campaign Planning, Content Marketing, and Social Media Management
• Experience in analyzing market trends and using data to inform decision-making
• Effective Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
• Proficiency in using marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in event marketing or working within entrepreneurial ecosystems is a plus

• Strong understanding of digital marketing & analytics
• Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google)
• Excellent communication & content writing skills
• Knowledge of event marketing & startup ecosystem
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines
