MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MERN Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of web development best practices and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end interfaces.
• Work collaboratively with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development using the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB (including aggregation, indexing, performance optimization).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Ability to write unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL is a plus.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Firebase.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
