Job Description

Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Developer

Location: Gurugram (On-site)
CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Notice Period: Immediate joiner

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web applications using modern technologies like React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.js.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Integrate and manage data across MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
Maintain code integrity and organization using version control tools like Git.

Required Skill Set:

Strong hands-on experience (8+ years) in MERN stack development.
Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js.
Solid understanding and working experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Experience in writing clean, modular, and scalable code.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Proficiency in REST API development and integration.
Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD, and DevOps tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Understanding of performance testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
