Role Description We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team full-time at our Yelahanka Ward office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). You will collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality features and ensure the performance, responsiveness, and robustness of applications. Tech Stack Requirements Frontend: React.js (with Redux or Context API) HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS (optional) Backend: Node.js Express.js MongoDB (Mongoose) Optional/Bonus: TypeScript Ionic Framework (for hybrid mobile app development) REST APIs or GraphQL Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack Develop reusable and efficient front-end and back-end components Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and scalability Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment Debug and troubleshoot production issues Qualifications Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration Experience with database management and query optimization Familiarity with Git and GitHub version control Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent collaboration and communication abilities Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Good to Have Familiarity with TypeScript Experience with Ionic Framework for mobile app development Knowledge of deployment platforms like Vercel , Heroku , or Netlify Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
