Job Description

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in prospecting, pitching, and deal closure.
Strong track record of handling the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital solution sales is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage post-sales account relationships to ensure client retention and growth.
Familiarity with digital products and the software development lifecycle is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, demos, negotiation, closure, and after-sales account management.
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.
Generate leads via multiple channels: outbound calls, referrals, partnerships, vendors, and events.
Deliver impactful product/service demonstrations to prospects.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, business hubs, and industry stakeholders.
Ensure smooth post-sales client management, upselling opportunities, and long-term engagement.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and growth targets.
