Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert B2B clients for apparel manufacturing and job work.
• Build and maintain a network of buyers, sourcing agents, and production managers.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth project execution.
• Track leads, conversions, and provide weekly reports to management.

Requirements

• Experience in

  B2B Sales / Apparel / Textile / Job Work business.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand production processes and client needs.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
