Job Description

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Administrator in Chennai, India. The work will be done onsite. Compensation is ₹900 – ₹1,300/hr.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning).
Configure Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards.
Manage security (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules).
Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups.
Sandbox strategy, release/change management (Change Sets/DevOps Center).
Partner with business and developers on requirements, UAT, and deployments.
Maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems (work with middleware teams).

Required Skills & Experience

5–8+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments.
Expert in Lightning configuration and Flow (no-code/low-code automation).
Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security model.
Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience.
Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

Nice to Have

Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Exposure to MuleSoft/other iPaaS; basic Apex understanding for coordination.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred.
