Role Summary

MSP/VMS

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
• Screen candidates (must-have skills, rate, location, notice period); run brief skills checks when required.
• Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness.
• Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
• Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
• Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.
• Collaborate with U.S. recruiters and offshore sourcers; run concise daily stand-ups.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years in staffing operations,

  MSP/VMS coordination

  , or enterprise recruiting coordination.
• Hands-on with a major VMS (e.g.,

  Beeline/Fieldglass

  ) and an ATS (e.g.,

  Bullhorn

  , Workday).
• Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
• Clear written and spoken English; consistent U.S. overlap availability.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting IT and Engineering roles.
• Light assessment administration (e.g., iMocha/TestGorilla).
• Basic reporting/BI (Power BI/Data Studio) and automation mindset.
