Key Responsibilities Liaise with VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations. Screen candidates (must-have skills, rate, location, notice period); run brief skills checks when required. Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness. Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics. Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts). Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly. Collaborate with U.S. recruiters and offshore sourcers; run concise daily stand-ups.
