The Compliance Operations team is responsible for leading 1st Line of Defence activities for all relevant products and jurisdictions, ensuring that the business remains within defined performance SLAs whilst simultaneously ensuring risk appetites and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Compliance Operations team are responsible for the facilitation of client onboarding, the working of AML, fraud, and screening (sanctions, PEPs, enforcement and negative news) alerts, and ensuring Quality Checking (QC) is conducted. Key Responsibilities Ensuring all compliance related activities are completed to both internal and external standards, and within agreed SLAs Ensure that staffing levels are adequate for demand, and projection tools are utilised to predict and determine future volume. You will be responsible for advising the business on all compliance matters and ensuring the regulatory requirements for Singapore are met. In addition, this team is also responsible for client onboarding, Transaction Monitoring, and for the detection and prevention of financial crime including, money laundering, and terrorist financing. Key Responsibilities : Review, assess and maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with MAS regulatory requirements. Provide advisory on Regulatory Compliance and AML CFT related requirements for new Product and Business use cases. Assist in to improve and streamline end to end compliance operational processes through automation and technology. Use technology and machine learning to build capabilities to scale. Ensure all Client Due Diligence requests and activities, including review of clients profile, risk rating, name screening, verification of documentations during the clients lifecycle are resolved within agreed timeframes, and any issues or bottlenecks that arise are escalated in a timely manner. About the role: We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Finance Corporate Development team in Mumbai. This is a high-visibility role that will drive critical business decisions, capital allocation, long-term planning, and MA activity. You ll work closely with senior leaders across the company, helping shape the company s growth trajectory and financial strategy.
